ANJA PINBORG

Anja Pinborg is an MD, specialist in obstetrics/gynecology and expert in clinical reproductive medicine and was appointed professor at University of Copenhagen in 2013.
Since 2018 she has been professor and medical director at the Fertility Department at Rigshospitalet, Copenhagen University Hospital.
She has published more than 300 original papers and authored nine book-chapters and has an H-index of 62.
She is past member of ESHRE EXCO (2017-2021) and of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (2015-2021) and former president for Nordic Fertility Society (2011-2015). She is deputy editor of Human Reproduction Open and former AE of Human Reproduction Update and RBMOnline.
Her main research focus areas are quality and safety in ART including maternal and child health.

ARTUR BJELICA

Artur Bjelica, MD, Full Professor, is a specialist in obstetrics and gynecology and a subspecialist in reproductive endocrinology. Besides his medical background, he finished studies of psychology and organizational sciences. He holds three PhDs: in medicine, psychology and organizational sciences. He currently holds the position of Head of the Department of Human Reproduction at the University Clinical Centre of Vojvodina, Novi Sad, Serbia. In addition, he is the Vice Rector of University of Novi Sad, Serbia. He trained his knowledge and skills during study visits in Austria, Italy, Singapore, USA, Malaysia, South Africa and Argentina. The areas of scientific interests of Prof. Bjelica represent a wide range in the field of medicine: gynecology and obstetrics, reproductive medicine, assisted reproductive technologies, embryology, regenerative medicine, genetic diseases, endocrinology, pharmacology, epidemiological studies, demographic aspects and public health; in the field of psychology: medical psychology, social psychology, psychology of gender, gender differences and similarities, communication science and in the field of organizational sciences: e-business, e-health, Internet technologies, application of information technologies in medicine and digital communication.

MICHEL DE VOS

Michel De Vos, MD, PhD, is a senior medical director at Brussels IVF, the Centre for Reproductive Medicine at Universitair Ziekenhuis Brussel, Belgium and an associate professor in reproductive medicine at Vrije Universiteit Brussel.He studied medicine in Ghent, Belgium (MD 1997), has been a gynaecologist since 2006 and holds a PhD in medicine from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom (2007). In 2011, he was recognised as a subspecialist in reproductive medicine and surgery by ESHRE and the European Board and College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (EBCOG). PETER KOVACS

Dr. Peter Kovacs graduated from the Albert Szent-Gyorgyi School of Medicine in Szeged, Hungary in 1994. He did his OB/GYN training and subspecialty training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility in New York at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Upon completion his training he moved back to Hungary and assumed a position at the Dunamenti REK Reprodukcios Kozpont (formerly known as Kaali Institute) IVF center. In 2008 he was promoted to become the medical director of the center. He serves on the Hungarian Human Reproduction Committee which is the highest regulating body of ART in Hungary.
In 2005 he earned a PhD degree at the University of Pecs, Hungary for assessing the effect of diabetes/ insulin on GnRH neuron activity using a rat model. His current research interest focuses on ovarian reserve tests, stimulation options for IVF, predictors of IVF outcome and on various tools, including time-lapse technology that could be used to improve clinical outcome. He published his research work in national and international peer-reviewed journals and was the co-editor of the first Hungarian textbook on infertility evaluation and treatment. He gave over 75 presentations at national and international meetings.

FADY SHARARA

Dr Sharara is a board certified Reproductive Endocrinology/Infertility specialist with extensive experience in all aspects of infertility, especially assisted reproductive technologies.
Dr Sharara is a Clinical Professor at George Washington University; he has more than 70 scientific publications and book chapters, and is the editor for “Ethnic Differences in Fertility and Assisted Reproduction” published in 2013.
He is the recipient of multiple academic, clinical, and scientific awards. He has given more than 250 invited lectures on all topics of infertility, and is a reviewer for multiple journals. He recently published an App entitled “The Infertility Diet” to help infertile couples optimise their dietary requirements.

GEORG GRIESINGER

Georg Griesinger is a Professor at Luebeck University and Chair at the Department of Gynaecological
Endocrinology and Reproductive Medicine, University Hospital of Schleswig-Holstein, Luebeck, Germany. He trained at the University of Vienna, where he worked in trophoblast research for his MD thesis, and then did postdoctoral studies at University College London, where he obtained an MSc in prenatal genetics and foetal medicine. His PhD was on ovarian stimulation for IVF using GnRH-antagonists. His research interests include the endocrinology of ovarian stimulation, evidence-based medicine in reproductive health care, epidemiological studies in IVF, and basic aspects of folliculogenesis and cryopreservation of human ovarian tissue. He has been an Associate Editor for Human Reproduction 2008-2012, for Fertility and Sterility 2010-2012, and for the British Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology 2013-2016.
He is currently section editor for Reproductive Biomedicine Online and editor in-chief at Gynaekologische Endokrinologie. He is also a member of several working groups of the scientific advisory board for the German Medical Association and a member of several guideline development groups of the ESHRE. He is a past coordinator of the special interest group REPRODUCTIVE ENDOCRINOLOGY of the ESHRE and served on the Executive Committee of the ESHRE in 2013-2017.

JACQUES KADOCH

Dr Jacques Kadoch is a highly accomplished medical professional in the field of reproductive medicine with a career spanning several decades. He completed his studies at Sorbonne University in Paris, completed an internship and worked at several prestigious Paris hospitals. He then moved to Canada in 2003 where he completed a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of Montreal.
He is an associate professor at the University of Montreal, where he has held the position of Director of the Gynecologic Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Program.
He is a founding member of the Clinique Ovo, and holds the position of Medical Director, and Research Director at The Fertility Partners, the largest consortium of fertility clinics in Canada. He received the Marinko M. Biljan Memorial Prize from the Canadian Fertility and Andrology Society (CFAS) for his contributions to the field of fertility and research.

JOOP LAVEN

Professor Joop S.E. Laven is professor and head of the division Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility of Erasmus University Medical Center. He was initially trained and board certified in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and in 2000 he became a subspecialist Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. For many years he has a particular interest in the management of polycystic ovary syndrome covering the full spectrum of the syndrome during a woman’s lifespan and it’s on menstrual cycle, fertility, body weight and health. During the last decade the research focussed on long-term health risks as well as the genetic basis of the disease.
Clinical work focuses on women’s health in particular reproductive endocrinology and menopause as well as on infertility treatment and ART and pregnancy outcome in infertile couples especially women with PCOS.
He has published over 350 peer-reviewed papers and several reviews as well as chapters in books, and has delivered over 300 lectures to international scientific audiences. He is a visiting professor at the Universities of Shandong, Shandong, China and the University of Adelaide, Adelaide, Australia. He is also a member of the international guideline groups for PCOS, POI and unexplained infertility within the Center of Research Excellence (WHIRL) Monash University, Melbourne, Australia.

KRISTYNA FRAHAUFOVA

Kristyna Fruhaufova is specialist in reproductive medicine and head physician of Gynem IVF, Prague. She obtained her doctoral degree in 2014 on genetics of uterine fibroids. She published one monography on fertility preservation in oncology patients and has contributed to 2 book chapters. She has published several scientific papers and is experienced speaker.

KRZYSZTOF ŁUKASZUK

Prof Krzysztof Jan Łukaszuk, MD, PhD Co-founder and co-owner of INVICTA – Polish network of Fertility Clinics and Medical Laboratories, co-founder and medical director of the iYoni App – medical mobile application for women’s reproductive health.
Scientific member of the Medical University of Gdansk and the Medical University of Warsaw. He holds specializations in gynecological endocrinology and reproductive medicine, gynecology and obstetrics, and endocrinology. He is ESHRE-certified senior clinical embryologist and laboratory diagnostician. The main author of recommendations for infertility treatment for Poland and co-author of the Polish Oncofertility Guidelines . Member of the Main Board of the Polish Society of Reproductive Medicine and Embryology and Infertility Section of the Polish Gynecological Society. Member of Polish Andrological Society, Polish Society of Human Genetics, European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology and American Society for Reproductive Medicine. As a pioneer, he has developed the original methodology of PGD preimplantation diagnosis (inc. NGS for PGD), which allows couples with genetic burden to have healthy children. He is especially interested in issues related to the ovarian reserve assessment, enhanced diagnosis of male infertility, genetic diagnosis and comprehensive treatment of recurrent miscarriages. He has introduced several innovative diagnostic and treatment methods as a first in Poland and Europe. Author and co -author of nearly 180 publications in international and Polish scientific journals.

MICHAEL FEICHTINGER

Dr Feichtinger is a fertility specialist and medical director of the Wunschbaby Institut Feichtinger in Vienna, Austria. He had his medical studies at the Medical University of Vienna and the Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm and published numerous papers in highly ranked journals on reproductive genetics and endocrinology.
After his medical studies Dr Feichtinger received his PhD degree at the Medical University of Vienna in Clinical Endocrinology, Metabolism and Nutrition. He is a board member of the Austrian Society of Reproductive Medicine.

MICHAŁ KUNICKI

Dr Michał Kunicki is an active reproductive endocrinology and infertility clinician, with scientific interests in polycystic ovary syndrome, premature ovarian insufficiency, menstrual disturbances, poor responder patients and reproductive immunology. He was a member of the guideline development group (GDG) of Ovarian Stimulation in IVF/ICSI. He has been working in Invicta Fertility Center and Medical University of Warsaw. He has been author of research papers in international journals and served as reviewer for many scientific journals.

MIKLOS SIPOS

Dr. Miklós Sipos is the director of the largest capacity university-based assisted reproduction centre in Hungary. He graduated from the Semmelweis University of Medicine in Budapest in 1993. He started to work at the 2nd Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology of the Semmelweis University Budapest. He acquired an M.Sc. degree on Health Care Management at the Semmelweis University. From the beginning of his activity the focus of his interest was the complex diagnostics and therapy of infertility. After ten years of university carrier he moved to a private institute of assisted reproduction, Forgács Institute in Budapest and worked there for sixteen years as a vice-director.

Professor and Head of the Academic Department of Gynecology and Reproductive Health at the Faculty of Health Sciences of thePomeranian Medical University in Szczecin, co-founder of the VitroLive Gynecology and Fertility Clinic, now TFP Fertility VitroLive. A medical director and partner in TFP Fertility Poland - a part of TFP Fertility, a group of clinics also in UK and the Netherlands.

Arri Coomarasamy

Professor Arri Coomarasamy is the Director of the Tommy’s National Centre for Miscarriage Research, based at the University of Birmingham, University of Warwick and Imperial College London. He is also the co-director of the WHO Collaborating Centre for Global Women’s Health at the University of Birmingham. Arri received his undergraduate medical education from the University of Birmingham, and completed his subspecialist training in reproductive medicine and surgery at Guy’s Hospital, London. His research portfolio includes numerous national and international multicentre randomised controlled trials, including the PROMISE Trial (NEJM, 2015), the CHAMPION Trial (NEJM, 2018), the TABLET Trial (NEJM, 2019), the AIMS Trial (NEJM, 2019), the PRISM Trial (NEJM, 2019), the MifeMiso Trial (Lancet, 2020), and the E-MOTIVE Trial (NEJM, 2023). Professor Arri Coomarasamy has published over 300 medical articles in high impact journals such as the New England Journal of Medicine, the Lancet, the British Medical Journal and the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews. Professor Coomarasamy takes particular pride in mentoring junior doctors and researchers, and several of his trainees have become outstanding clinicians and researchers. He is the founding trustee of Ammalife, a UK-registered charity with a global mission of reducing maternal deaths in low-income countries.

IVAN GRBAVAC

Ivan Grbavac is Regional Medical Director of the Pronatal, member of Medicon Group. He completed Medical School at the University of Zagreb, Croatia, in 2003. and became a specialist in obstetrics and gynaecology in 2009. He worked in University hospital center “ Sisters of Mercy“, in Zagreb from 2005.-2016. In 2013., he became a subspecialist in reproductive medicine and surgery. He completed his PhD in 2020. with a thesis entitled ‘Quality of life in women and men during the process of medically assisted fertilization’ . He worked in IVF Center Lucinger from 2016.-2020. For the last decade he had gathered deeper insights in a personalised patient approach which was more widened by becoming a member of Poliklinika IVF, Pronatal, member of Medicon Group since 2020. He is the author and co-author of several scientific papers and chapters in professional books. Dr. Grbavac's narrower field of interest and work are psychological aspects of human reproduction, therapeutic protocols in patients with reduced ovarian reserve, polycystic ovary syndrome and endometrial receptivity.

RAOUL ORVIETO

Prof. Raoul Orvieto is a full professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology and incumbent of the Tarnesby- Tarnowski Chair for Family Planning and Fertility Regulation, at the Sackler Faculty of Medicine, Tel-Aviv University, Israel.
Prof Orvieto is director of the Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Unit at Sheba Medical Centre (Tel-Hashomer) in Israel. Since 2022. Prof Orvieto is president of the Israeli Fertility Association (IFA). Prof Orvieto is co-editor-in-chief of Reproductive Biology and Endocrinology. He has authored and co-authored more than 400 publications in national and international journals. His research interests include various aspects of controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH). The role of GnRH analogues and, in particular, GnRH agonist and antagonist in COH for IVF, pre-implantation genetic testing (PGT), triggering terminal ovarian follicle maturation and several aspects of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS): pathophysiology, treatment and management.
Prof Orvieto is co-editor-in-chief of Reproductive Biology and Endocrinology. He has authored and co-authored more than 400 publications in national and international journals.

Prof Avi Ben-Haroush

Head of fertility preservation service in the IVF and infertility Unit and head of the research center of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Rabin Medical Center and Tel Aviv University, Israel. Graduated medical school at Ben-Gurion University, Beer Sheva, and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Rabin Medical Center, Israel.

Dr. Jacques Kadoch

Dr. Jacques Kadoch is a renowned reproductive medicine specialist, known for his education at Sorbonne University and his experience in some of Paris's leading hospitals. In 2003, he moved to Canada to further his expertise in reproductive endocrinology at the University of Montreal, achieving the rank of associate professor.

Dr. med. Nicole Mardešićová

Dr. med. Nicole Mardešićová, MHA is a reproductive specialist with specialized competence in Reproductive medicine. She is Medical director of Pronatal group, which runs 7 Centres of Reproductive Medicine in the Czech republic together with own genetic laboratory, 2 IVF centres in Croatia, 1 in Serbia, 1 in Bosnia. She has been a Member of the CNR /Commity of National Representatives, ESHRE/ since 2023. She obtained a Master of Healthcare Administration degree in 2022. Nicole gives many lectures on different topics not only in reproductive medicine. She has published several scienticic papers.

Claus Yding Andersen

Claus Yding Andersen is Professor emeritus of Human Reproductive Physiology, Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, University of Copenhagen, Copenhagen, Denmark.
He has headed a national program of cryopreservation of human ovarian and testicular tissue and is considered one of the pioneers in this field.
His major research contributions are ovarian endocrinology, oocyte maturation, cryopreservation of gonadal tissue and development of new principles for ovarian stimulation including the agonist trigger and novel approaches to luteal phase support.
He has published more than 460 papers (H-index: 92; >27.000 citations) and is Chief Editor on the Reproduction section of Frontiers in Endocrinology (IF 5.2).

Dr. Marta Sikora-Polaczek, PhD

Is a senior clinical embryologist accredited by ESHRE (European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology) and a clinical embryologist recognized by PTMRiE (Polish Society of Reproductive Medicine and Embryology). She is a laboratory diagnostician specialized in the field of medical genetics. With 20 years of experience in clinical embryology, she currently holds the position of The Fertility Partnership Poland IVF laboratories director .
She completed her studies at the Faculty of Biology, University of Warsaw, with a focus on embryology, presenting her bachelor's thesis on fertilization mechanisms and her master's thesis on the regulation of initial embryonic divisions. Her doctoral dissertation, addressing the impact of curcumin on preimplantation embryo divisions, was prepared and defended at the Department of Genetics, Jagiellonian University in Krakow, in collaboration with the Nencki Institute of Experimental Biology, Polish Academy of Sciences, in Warsaw. Dr. Sikora-Polaczek is the author and co-author of several scientific publications in renowned international journals and an invited speaker for many international and national conferences and workshops. Her primary research interests lie in the application of genetic diagnostics in infertility treatment and the improvement of the effectiveness of IVF methods.

Stratis Kolibianakis is Professor in Obstetrics-Gynecology and Assisted Reproduction, Head of the Unit for Human Reproduction, and Director of the Master in Human Reproduction at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece.
Professor Kolibianakis has published several chapters in books, 195 papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals (PUBMED, 3/2024), has 10447 citations (SCOPUS, 3/2024) and a Hirsch Index of 57 (SCOPUS, 3/2024). Professor Kolibianakis has given more than 200 lectures at international meetings and has been on the editorial boards of Human Reproduction (2005-2009), BJOG (2017-2020), RBMOnline (2009-present), Fertility-Sterility (2011-present) and F&S Science (2020-present).
He has served as the the coordinator of the Special Interest Group Reproductive Endocrinology (SIG RE) of the European Society for Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) (2013-2015) and as the Chair of Special Interest Groups Committee of ESHRE (2017-2019) and is currently serving as an assessor of the ESHRE accreditation of subspecialist training programme in Reproductive Medicine.
